Using PropertyFlow

These terms apply to everyone who uses PropertyFlow, whether as a customer organisation or as a person invited by one. By signing in you agree to them. Customer organisations may also have a separate written agreement with us, which takes priority where the two differ.

Accounts

• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
• Customer organisations are responsible for who they invite and what access they give them.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use PropertyFlow.

Your content

Documents, photos and records you add remain yours or your organisation's. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm you are entitled to upload them and, where they contain personal information, that you have a lawful basis to do so.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access information you have not been given access to, or test our security without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or malware, or use PropertyFlow to send spam.
• Use the API within reasonable limits and keep API tokens secret.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PropertyFlow available and secure, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features over time and will give customer organisations reasonable notice of changes that materially affect them.

Suggested actions

Some features, such as reading a meter photo or suggesting a contractor trade, give automatic suggestions. Please check them before relying on them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PropertyFlow is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Ending your use

Customer organisations can close their account at any time and ask for an export of their data. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk.
